TechniKrom® offers customized upgrade modules for existing or new Bioprocess LC equipment (lab/pilot to commercial scale). We utilize the same sanitary cGMP platform and patent pending technology available on our Bioprocess LC, UF/DF, Biosynthesis and Fermentor integrated system skids.

The modules can be adapted to feed and control equipment from all major suppliers as well as customer designed equipment made by fabrication shops. They make it possible to prepare, adjust and deliver very precise and reproducible buffer feed streams with an accuracy up to +/-0.1% of full scale monitoring. This reduces variability by a factor of 20-50X over existing system performance.

Designed to adaptively dilute buffer concentrates on demand, they eliminate the need for large tanks of multiple dilute buffer feeds. The units can also be used in conjunction with existing tank systems and protocols to provide point of use adjustment and precise control of dilute buffer feeds.

Each unit is customized with sanitary inlet and outlet ports to facilitate easy connection with multiple feeds from portable vessels or installed tanks.

Footprints are minimized and systems available from 250ml/min to 250L/min.

TechniKrom designs, builds and tests all equipment in accordance with FDA, ISPE GAMP-4, ASME-BPE, UL, and international codes (e.g. ATEX).

Built on industrial 316L stainless steel platforms, all systems are manufactured with the highest level of validated sanitary design. They include individually PIN stamped components, boroscoped piping welds, 21 CFR Part 11 process control systems (customer specified or Delta V, Alien Bradley, etc.)
