TechniKrom® fermentors are designed with a strict sanitary design and
utilize our adaptive PAT control and 21CFR part 11 Bioprocess
control platform. Reactor sizes from 10L to 3000L are built
in our ASME shops and are provided with pre-delivery IQ/OQ
testing and documentation.
Fully automated process control with precise monitoring and feedback
of critical process parameters permits highest yields and
most reproducible fermentation processes. Jacketed 316L vessels
are provided with control skids including integrated heat
exchangers and full temperature control systems.
