TechniKrom lab/pilot scale automated liquid chromatography units utilize the sanitary cGMP platform and patent pending technology available on our Commercial Scale Bioprocess LC, UF/DF, Biosynthesis and Fermentor integrated system skids.

These bench-top cGMP LC systems prepare, adjust and deliver precise and reproducible solvent and buffer feed streams in addition to real-time adaptive process analytical technology (P.A.T) control eliminating feedstock variation. They permit meaningful parametric optimization to achieve highest recovery, purity and throughput. Scale-up is seamless to larger HPLC units, especially to TechniKrom Adaptive-PAT™ LC production scale systems.

TechniKrom’s LC systems can be operated with both manual and fully automated operation. Every system can be customized to meet all user requirement specifications.
